What is your favorite city the Mobile USO Program has sent you?
Yuba City, CA to support an event at Beale AFB. It’s a smaller town and everyone was so friendly. The drive was full of vineyards and sunflower fields.
What is the most memorable event with the USO and why?
Supporting troops coming out of the field at Camp Roberts. They were all so tired from training for the last few weeks, and they were so happy to see us. We were able to give entertainment, snacks, and fresh coffee. I could just see how much everyone appreciated it. It had a huge effect on morale. It was also my first big event, and it showed me just how awesome my job is.
Tell us one fun fact about yourself.
My eyes actually change colors depending on the time of day and the sun.
